| Drive Roller and Speed |
MDR – 24 Volt DC drive roller. Roller speeds from 2 to 300 feet per minute. Rollers available in standard or high torque, with or without a brake. |
| Slave Rollers and Drive Belts |
1.9 inch diameter 16-gauge double grooved roller with a 7/16 inch spring retained hex axle and ABEC-1 bearings. Utilizes 3/16 inch diameter 83A durometer urethane drive belts. |

- Formed channel frame with bolted self-aligning crossmembers with rollers set low.
- Available in:
- 8.00” deep with 2.75” Flanges, 10 gauge
- 6.50” deep with 2.00” Flanges, 10 gauge
- 5.50” deep with 1.50” Flanges, 12 gauge
- Rollers set high available
- Photo-eyes and all controls contained within side frame
- Powder coated, custom colors available

Accumulation zone lengths determined on overall length of conveyor module (15 inch zone length minimum). Full width belted zones also available. |

| Controls |
Standard with simple zone to zone communication via an Ethernet
cable connecting to a zone control card. The photo eye and drive
roller also connect to the zone control card. All shipped installed
with connectors for plug and play installation. Power bus lines full
length also included. Zones controlled by a proximity photo-eye. |
